We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Manager Assistant in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all transportation and logistics facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in developing and implementing cleaning schedules for all facilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for housekeeping operations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback related to cleanliness and maintenance
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
