We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties in Dubai. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all properties are kept in pristine condition, and implementing efficient cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure all properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management
