We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations within our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing housekeeping staff effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas within the facility to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address any housekeeping-related issues or concerns
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities and prepare reports for management as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
