Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Program Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations within our transportation and logistics company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all housekeeping services to ensure a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed
- Monitor and maintain budget for housekeeping operations, and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services for special events or projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in housekeeping operations or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
