We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Program Manager to oversee housekeeping operations within a construction setting in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting construction operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle any guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software.
