We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing housekeeping operations within the energy industry and will be responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning contractors and vendors to ensure quality of service.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services and ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations management, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
