We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The HR Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's overall strategic objectives
- Lead and manage key HR projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in the agriculture industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
