We are seeking a talented and creative Illustrator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing illustrations that bring our real estate projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality illustrations for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for visual content
- Produce sketches and drafts to present ideas for approval
- Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in illustration

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Illustrator in a similar industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio of illustrations demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology
