We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working in import and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Import Specialist in coordinating and managing import shipments from start to finish
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for customs clearance
- Communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitoring shipment schedules and updating internal systems with shipment information
- Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the import process
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Providing administrative support to the Import Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in import and logistics operations
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
