We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Industrial Hygienist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards to ensure the health and safety of employees in accordance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential health hazards such as chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic factors
- Developing and implementing control measures to mitigate risks and prevent occupational illnesses and injuries
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of control measures through regular inspections and data analysis
- Providing expert advice and guidance to management and employees on best practices for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation preferred

- Strong knowledge of local regulations and international standards related to industrial hygiene
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
