Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inspection Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products through effective inspection processes. You will lead a team of inspectors, develop and implement inspection protocols, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of agricultural inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.

- Inspection Protocols: Develop, implement, and maintain inspection protocols and methodologies that comply with local and international agricultural safety and quality standards.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance processes for agricultural products, ensuring that all products meet established safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations and standards related to agricultural products, including organic certifications if applicable.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Present data to management and stakeholders as required.

- Collaboration: Work closely with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote best practices in agriculture and enhance product quality.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the inspection process and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

- Training and Development: Organize and facilitate training programs for staff and stakeholders on inspection processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in agricultural inspection and quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural inspection, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
