We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and possess strong analytical skills to investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage
- Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and medical experts
- Analyze information gathered to determine the extent of liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their legal representatives
- Liaise with legal and medical professionals as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on claim investigations and settlements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- [X] years of experience as an Insurance Adjuster
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Proficient in computer applications and software used in claims processing
