We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Insurance Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating insurance claims related to pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess insurance claims related to pharmaceutical products, including determining the extent of coverage and liability
- Analyze policy information and documentation to determine the validity of claims
- Communicate with policyholders, healthcare professionals, and other relevant parties to gather information and documentation
- Evaluate the extent of damages or losses and determine appropriate compensation
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications
- Provide recommendations for improving claims processes and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working as an Insurance Adjuster in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
