Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team based in Sharjah, specializing in Real Estate insurance claims. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and assessing property damage claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair and timely resolutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims, including site visits, interviews with involved parties, and review of relevant documentation
- Evaluate the extent of damage and determine coverage based on policy terms and conditions
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders, contractors, and other parties involved in the claim
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, decisions, and settlement agreements
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in claims handling

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience working as an Insurance Adjuster, preferably in Real Estate insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and claim settlement processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
