We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Insurance Adjuster in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims related to transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess insurance claims related to transportation and logistics, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, cargo damage, and liability claims
- Collect and analyze relevant information, such as police reports, witness statements, and medical records, to determine the extent of liability and coverage
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, insurance companies, and legal representatives in a fair and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of claims
- Maintain detailed records of claim activities, including payments, reserves, and settlement agreements
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with insurance laws and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
