We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, program management, and retail insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage operational programs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of insurance services
- Work closely with internal teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program objectives and priorities
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful program execution
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
