We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in labor laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labor unions
- Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner
- Advise management on labor relations issues and provide guidance on employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts between employees and management
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Represent the organization in labor relations meetings and hearings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- [3-8] years of experience in labor relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
