Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations within the healthcare industry. As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all labor relations issues and inquiries
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labor unions
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances
- Advise management on labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Represent the organization in labor negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop policies and procedures related to labor relations
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in labor relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
