Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and land development, with a focus on infrastructure design and project management. The Land Development Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of land for development
- Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to design infrastructure systems, including roads, drainage, and utilities
- Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project team members
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
