Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and land development, with experience in managing projects related to transportation infrastructure and logistics facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee the construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to determine the best approach for land development projects
- Coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and permits
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within established parameters
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive land development plans
- Utilize software and tools to analyze data and create detailed engineering designs
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
