We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and a strong understanding of land development processes and regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of land for development projects.
- Design and develop land use plans, including layout, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate with government agencies to obtain approvals.
- Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design plans and regulatory standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- [X] years of experience in land development and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of local land development regulations and processes in Dubai.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
