Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sustainable landscape solutions for our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible. This position requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of landscape design principles, environmental sustainability, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create and present innovative landscape designs that enhance the visual appeal of manufacturing sites, including green spaces, outdoor facilities, and recreational areas.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple landscape projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications, budget constraints, and deadlines.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs with building layouts and site infrastructure.

- Sustainability Practices: Incorporate sustainable practices into landscape designs, including the use of native plant species, efficient irrigation systems, and energy-efficient lighting.

- Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions, soil types, and existing vegetation, providing recommendations for improvements.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all landscape designs comply with local regulations and environmental standards in Dubai.

- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing regular updates throughout the design and implementation process.

- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for landscape design projects using CAD and other design software.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in landscape architecture, materials, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance design practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial context.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant landscape design tools.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Membership or eligibility for membership in a professional landscape architecture organization is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in urban planning and site development.
- Familiarity with local plant species and environmental conditions specific to the Dubai area.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
