We are seeking a Licensing Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and obtaining various licenses and permits required for real estate operations in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest licensing requirements and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Prepare and submit applications for various licenses and permits, such as real estate brokerage licenses, property management licenses, and construction permits.
- Coordinate with government authorities and agencies to ensure timely processing and approval of licenses.
- Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits, including renewal dates and fees.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on licensing requirements and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with licensing regulations and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Knowledge of licensing requirements and procedures in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
