We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Lighting Director Assistant in the Agriculture industry. As a Lighting Director Assistant, you will work closely with the Lighting Director to ensure that all lighting requirements are met for various agricultural projects and events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lighting Director in planning and executing lighting designs for agricultural events, exhibitions, and projects.
- Set up and operate lighting equipment, including spotlights, floodlights, and LED fixtures.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that lighting designs complement the overall theme and vision of the project.
- Assist in managing the budget for lighting equipment and supplies.
- Stay up to date on the latest lighting technology and trends in the industry.
- Provide support during rehearsals and live events to ensure that lighting cues are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sound and production, to ensure seamless integration of all technical elements.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of lighting equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to lighting equipment.
- Diploma or certification in Lighting Design or a related field is preferred.
