We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistical operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs, service levels, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Implement and maintain compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance overall logistics performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics management within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
