We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the agriculture sector and a strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention programs to minimize theft, fraud, and other risks within the agriculture sector
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures
- Train employees on best practices for loss prevention and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, or other losses, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve the program

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
