We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and proven experience in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss prevention programs and strategies to reduce theft, fraud, and other security threats within the organization
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas of improvement
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and policies
- Provide training and guidance to employees on loss prevention best practices
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, and work with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in loss prevention and security management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, risk management, or security management
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry and related security risks
- Proven experience in developing and implementing loss prevention programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion
