We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer goods and a strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive loss prevention programs to minimize shrinkage and ensure the safety and security of company assets
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of store operations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to implement loss prevention policies and procedures
- Train and educate store employees on best practices for loss prevention and security measures
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Monitor and analyze data related to inventory shrinkage, security incidents, and other key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- [X] years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
