We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the operations of a bustling shopping mall in Ajman, Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase foot traffic within the mall
- Manage day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, security, and marketing efforts
- Work closely with tenants to ensure their success and satisfaction within the mall
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging promotions and events to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards
- Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for the mall
- Recruit, train, and supervise mall staff to ensure a high level of customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
- Familiarity with leasing agreements and property management practices
