We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marine Biologist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Marine Biologist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on marine ecosystems to ensure sustainable development and conservation efforts within our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and assessments of marine habitats in and around our real estate properties.
- Monitor and analyze the health of marine ecosystems and identify any potential threats or risks.
- Develop and implement conservation and restoration plans for marine habitats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on sustainable practices for marine conservation within our real estate projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine Biology or related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in marine research and conservation.
- Strong knowledge of marine ecosystems, species identification, and conservation techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis, as well as report writing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
