We are seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in Dubai, specializing in providing therapy services for individuals, couples, and families within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate relationship challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients within the real estate industry
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide counseling and support to clients experiencing relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Stay current on best practices in marriage and family therapy and participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all client interactions

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Dubai
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience providing therapy services, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
