We are seeking a qualified Marriage Counselor to join our team in Dubai, specializing in providing counseling services to individuals and couples within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social work, or counseling, along with experience working with couples facing relationship challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals and couples within the construction industry
- Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Help clients navigate communication issues, conflict resolution, and other relationship challenges
- Work collaboratively with clients to identify and achieve their goals for therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay current on best practices in marriage counseling and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor in the UAE
- [X] years of experience in marriage counseling (less than 8 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Experience working in the construction industry a plus
