We are seeking a skilled Marriage Counselor to join our team in Dubai, specializing in providing counseling services for couples in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, counseling, and marriage therapy, with a passion for helping individuals navigate through relationship challenges and improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and couples counseling sessions for clients in the Information Technology industry
- Create personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Help clients improve their communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Provide guidance and support to clients dealing with issues such as infidelity, trust issues, and work-life balance
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for strengthening their relationships and building a strong foundation for the future
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in marriage counseling, preferably in an Information Technology setting
- Strong understanding of relationship dynamics and family systems theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and create a safe and supportive environment for counseling sessions
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions for couples
