Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Operations Manager to lead our media initiatives within the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for ensuring the effective execution of media strategies that promote our healthcare services, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our audience across various platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong background in media operations, excellent project management skills, and a passion for healthcare communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with the organization’s goals, focusing on audience engagement, brand positioning, and service promotion.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional media outlets.
- Project Management: Manage media projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze media campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, marketing, and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective outreach initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on media investments.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with media vendors, agencies, and freelancers to negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any media-related issues that may arise, ensuring the organization’s reputation is protected.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members in media operations best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media operations, preferably within the healthcare sector or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and traditional media channels.
- Proven track record of managing media projects successfully, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using media management tools and analytics software to track and report on campaign performance.
