Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Operations Program Manager to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of media operations related to healthcare programs. This role requires a keen understanding of healthcare communications, media strategies, and project management, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective dissemination of information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple media operations programs from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and healthcare standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic media plans that enhance the visibility and reach of healthcare initiatives, including campaigns, events, and educational programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, marketing teams, and external agencies to create cohesive messaging and ensure alignment across all media platforms.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality multimedia content, including videos, articles, social media posts, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for media operations programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media initiatives through data analysis and reporting, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all media materials meet regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare industry, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members on media best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in healthcare communications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and media outlets, to enhance collaboration and support for media initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in media operations, project management, or communications, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing media campaigns and projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance related to media communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex healthcare information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficient in using media management tools, analytics software, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
