Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment related to IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a variety of laboratory tests such as blood tests, urine tests, and genetic tests using advanced IT systems.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper functioning of IT systems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to laboratory equipment and IT systems.
- Ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Following strict protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Medical Lab Technician in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and applications used in laboratory settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
