We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong background in laboratory work. This position will be based in a retail setting, providing services to customers in need of medical testing.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze samples, such as blood, urine, and other bodily fluids
- Perform tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate test results to healthcare providers and patients
- Assist in training and supervising junior lab technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Certification as a Medical Lab Technician
- [X] years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
