We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood tests, urinalysis, and microbiology tests
- Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure accurate results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Follow strict safety and quality control procedures
- Record and analyze test results
- Communicate findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Assist in the training of new laboratory technicians

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
