We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all medical operations within our real estate properties, ensuring the highest level of healthcare services for our residents and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical operations programs and initiatives to enhance the overall health and wellness of our residents and tenants.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and medical professionals to offer on-site medical services and support.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of medical facilities within our properties, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to healthcare services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of medical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
