Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Merchant Marine to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the maritime industry and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate vessels in accordance with international maritime regulations
- Ensure the safety of crew, passengers, and cargo at all times
- Maintain and inspect equipment on board the vessel
- Coordinate with port authorities and other ships for safe navigation
- Train and mentor junior crew members
- Keep accurate records of voyage details and maintenance activities
- Provide educational programs and workshops for crew members on maritime safety and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation or related field
- Merchant Marine certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maritime industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
