We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchant Marine to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and navigating our vessels in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate vessels in various maritime environments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and guidelines
- Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo
- Maintain accurate records of cargo, fuel, and supplies
- Coordinate with port authorities and other ships as needed
- Monitor and maintain vessel equipment and systems
- Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members and passengers
- Respond to emergencies and perform rescue operations as necessary

Requirements:
- Valid Merchant Marine certification
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed
