We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Midwife in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to expectant mothers living in our residential properties. You will work closely with pregnant residents throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period to ensure a safe and healthy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine prenatal exams and screenings for pregnant residents
- Monitor the health and progress of expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy
- Provide support and guidance to pregnant residents on prenatal care, nutrition, and exercise
- Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and comfortable birth experience
- Provide postpartum care and support to new mothers and newborns
- Educate residents on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians and pediatricians, to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all residents under your care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery
- Valid Midwifery license in the UAE
- [Number] years of experience working as a Midwife in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Knowledge of current best practices in prenatal and postpartum care
