We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Minister to join our team in Dubai. As a Minister in the Consumer Goods sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policies and initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of the consumer goods industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the growth of the consumer goods sector in Dubai
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities facing the sector
- Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to inform policy decisions
- Work with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Represent Dubai at national and international forums to promote the consumer goods industry
- Provide guidance and support to companies within the sector to help them thrive and succeed
- Lead initiatives to enhance consumer awareness and protection in Dubai

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environment in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful policies and initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
