Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the mortgage operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of mortgage operations within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of mortgage operations programs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing mortgage workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce turnaround times.

3. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of mortgage operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in mortgage products and services.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, compliance, and IT, to ensure seamless mortgage operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all mortgage operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify potential risks in the mortgage process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

6. Performance Monitoring:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of mortgage operations.
- Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.

7. Customer Relationship Management:
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications and inquiries.
- Address customer concerns and feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

8. Market Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the mortgage and consumer goods sectors.
- Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage operations or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulations, particularly in the context of the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
