We are seeking a talented Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging visual content and a keen eye for design. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia materials to support our marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create multimedia content such as videos, animations, virtual tours, and interactive presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute multimedia campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Edit and enhance existing multimedia assets to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive in the market.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to outsource specialized multimedia projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.
- Minimum [number] years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and 3D modeling tools.
