Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Curriculum Developer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Curriculum Developer in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for creating and designing training materials and courses that align with the company's objectives and goals. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging and interactive curriculum that meets the needs of our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
- Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and multimedia presentations
- Create engaging and interactive content that enhances the learning experience
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to ensure curriculum remains current and relevant
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to create high-quality training materials
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and instructors on delivering curriculum effectively
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and tools for curriculum development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- [X] years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
