We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Municipal Planner to join our team in Dubai, with a focus on energy planning. The Municipal Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans and programs related to energy infrastructure and sustainability within the municipality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on energy trends, technologies, and regulations to inform municipal planning decisions
- Develop long-term energy plans and strategies to support the municipality's sustainability goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with energy planning initiatives
- Review development proposals and projects to ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on energy-related issues to municipal staff and decision-makers
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of energy programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in energy planning and sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in municipal planning, with a focus on energy
- Knowledge of energy policy, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and other planning software
