We are seeking a skilled and experienced Municipal Planner to join our team in Dubai, focusing on healthcare projects. As a Municipal Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the development and growth of healthcare facilities within the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including government officials, healthcare providers, and community members to develop comprehensive municipal plans for healthcare infrastructure.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify current and future healthcare needs in the city.
- Create zoning and land use plans to ensure the efficient and sustainable development of healthcare facilities.
- Review and approve development proposals to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and healthcare standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of healthcare projects on the community and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and best practices to inform planning decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in municipal planning, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of urban planning principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in GIS and other planning software.
