We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Municipal Planner to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Municipal Planner in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing land use plans, zoning regulations, and policies that support the sustainable growth and development of our facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to assess current land use patterns and trends in Dubai
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and community members to develop comprehensive land use plans
- Prepare and present recommendations for zoning regulations and policies that align with the goals and objectives of the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments and other regulatory compliance documents
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of land use policies on the community, environment, and economy
- Stay current on local, regional, and national planning trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in municipal planning, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and land use policies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
