Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Music Arranger to join our dynamic team in Dubai, where telecommunications and music intersect. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and a deep understanding of various musical styles and genres. This role involves crafting innovative arrangements that enhance our telecommunications projects, including promotional content, advertisements, ringtones, and other multimedia applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrangement Creation: Develop original music arrangements for various projects, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and objectives. This includes working with various instruments and vocal styles to create unique soundscapes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with composers, producers, and sound engineers to capture the desired sound and mood for each project. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

- Music Editing: Edit and refine existing musical compositions to suit specific projects, ensuring high-quality sound production and adherence to project deadlines.

- Genre Versatility: Demonstrate proficiency in multiple genres, including but not limited to pop, rock, classical, and electronic music, adapting arrangements to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

- Score Preparation: Create and prepare detailed scores and sheet music for musicians, ensuring accuracy and clarity for performance.

- Feedback Incorporation: Revise and modify arrangements based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, or clients, maintaining flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

- Technology Utilization: Utilize music production software and digital audio workstations (DAWs) to arrange and produce high-quality audio tracks.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and budgets.

- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with music trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards in both music and telecommunications to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in music arrangement or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficient in music notation software (e.g., Sibelius, Finale) and DAWs (e.g., Logic Pro, Ableton Live).
- Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and orchestration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for music and a keen ear for detail, creativity, and innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
